Can I say,

(a) She presented me a bunch of flowers on/at my birthday.

(b) She gave me some flowers at / on/ during my birthday party.

I forgot to address Vincent's "during."

... during my birthday party = at some point while the party was going on. It's okay, but "at" is better.
