On any day competing

About a software for swimming... writing "on any day competing" this is correctly?

If you see any other syntax error please let me know thanks

It's so cool and just to see the swimmers excitement about it and how it changes the dynamics of practice on any day competing, they are leaving the wall on time and not stealing some seconds and touching the wall as they need to.

I've told you several times that it is not correct to say 'a software'. It's so cool and just to see the swimmers ' excitement about it and how it changes the dynamics of practice. I don't know what this bold phrase means here.
