On and In ; These and This

On some sentences, I can't really understand the difference of these words. Like for example, this sentences.

"Wireframes enable designers to focus on the types of objects in the page and their organization without worrying too much about precise placement and detail of the layout itself."

could someone show me the uses of this words, and please teach me the difference of "this and these"

First of all, if you look up the word focus in an English/English dictionary it says that in this case(refering to your sentence) focus can only be followed by on - not in. Otherwise it will not make any sense. As regards the in , it has to be in, because on the paper literally means that the types of objects lies on/upon the page.
