on all sides

The ad was pulled for offending people on all sides.

What's the meaning of on all sides?
Thanks

Or at least some of the people from every sector. I've never taken it to mean 'everyone,' period.

Hi.

This is important in this case. Even people on opposite sides of the issue were offended.

In other cases, "people on all sides" might mean "people in/from every direction."
