Hi, which is correct, please?

"spending time on a PC" or "at a PC" , or possibly "with a PC?"

In conversations, we automatically put the definite article "THE" in front of it. For example: Even though she is only 10 years old, she spends way too much time on the phone , sometimes beyond bed time.

The second most common is "at." It means you are at its location.
"With" is not used.
