Hello,

1. The conclusions about net force acting a body causes the body to accelerate.

2. The conclusions about net force acting on a body causes the body to accelerate.

These both sentences , one is with "on" and the other without "on".

Which one is correct?

You need 'on', but #2 is still not correct, It is the net forces acting on a body which caused it to accelerate, not the conclusions about them.
