1. He is coming on Saturday. [ Il vient samedi.]
2.He comes on Saturdays. [ Il vient le samedi.]

3. He comes (on) every Saturday. [ Il vient tous les samedis.]

Do I need the preposition 'on' in the third sentence? I am not sure.
