omitting words in informal English

Hi,

"You greedy pig, you ate all the candy!" (from my Longman)

(1) Could somebody please comment on this piece of English grammar -- omitting some words ( e.g., a linking verb) as in "You (are a) greedy pig...."

(2) I would appreciate if you could give more similar examples (not necessarily starting with the pronoun "you".... maybe starting with words other than personal pronouns...)
