Hi all,

How bad is omitting "to be" in the present progressive tense in a phrase like this: "You bleed, but scared to cry for help"?

vvz How bad is omitting "to be" in the present progressive tense in a phrase like this How bad? Very bad. Anyway, without an -ing form you don't even have a progressive tense, so I don't see how your mention of present progressive relates to the example you gave.
