omitting 'of' is ok in this context?

Hi,

(1) Camera with image resolution at least 1280x720 and a frame rate at least 30 Hz
(2) Camera with an image resolution of at least 1280x720 and a frame rate of at least 30 Hz
(3) Camera with an image resolution of 1280x720 and a frame rate of at 30 Hz, at least

Which version is preferable to your eye?
If none is good enough, what is your version?

Thank you!

That looks like an item in a list of hardware requirements. It should be as succinct as possible (Hertz is a frequency): Camera with resolution of at least 1280x720 and frame rate of at least 30.
