Omitting commas before conjunctions

Can conventional commas be omitted before conjunctions? Can the commas be omitted in these - as shown?

He wanted to go but she didn't.
I found the performance amateurish so I didn't vote.
He couldn't bear the fatigue any longer yet he held on.
He should know for he was the one who did it.
