Omission of subject & verb

Hello, I would like to know the difference between the following sentences: "This is such a beautiful song" and "Such a beautiful song", and when to use one or the other.
Same thing with "I love it!" and "Love it!"
Thank you.

The first of each pair is a complete sentence; the second ones are not. You may use the second ones only informally.
