Omission of “over”

hello

I am struggling to choose a title for an article which should include both “get over a breakup” and “get over someone”, but I want the title to be succinct and natural. Can I leave out get over for “someone,” or just get, or do I need to have get over twice?
which of the following d u think is more natural?

1. How to get over a breakup or someone
2. How to get over a breakup (or someone)
3. How to get over a breakup or over someone
4. How to get over a breakup (or over someone)
5. How to get over a breakup or get over someone
6. How to get over a breakup (or get over someone)

particularly, is “how to get over a breakup or someone”
natural and ok?
