Ombudsman is a word that I seldom come across, so it's extremely exotic to me. I saw it in the Red Eye on Fox News, but I'm not sure what it refers to. Would you shed some light on it? Thanks.

I believe the programme is shown in the early hours of the morning. People who stay awake to watch this programme usually have red eyes due to lack of sleep. Hence, the title Red Eye on Fox News.
