Oliver Twist

When I was in secondary school and my final exams came up, one of the courses I had to pass was Literature. We were supposed to read ten books and then draw one question. I ended up choosing Oliver Twist. Could I say that I passed a final exam from Oliver Twist? (meaning the book)

Thank you.

No. When you say "draw one question", do you mean that there were questions on all ten books, but you only had to answer one of them?
