The idiomatic phrase is any old -- any old time, any old place , any old where etc. The meaning is 'unrestrictedly any' . I'd be glad to meet up with you any old time = absolutely any time is OK for a meeting.

So "old" time here means the time we usually met in the past, doesn't it?

Hi,

So "old" time here means the time we usually met in the past, doesn't it?

No. It's quite possible these people have never met before at all.

Like Mr. M said, it's just an idiomatic way of saying 'at any time at all, any time is fine'.

Best wishes, C
