Old school garage song

Hi

I am looking for an old skool english garage tune about a guy who was being introduced to a gang, and in order to be accepted into the gang every week or every so often he would have to perform a new task and each week the task would get harder. It began with tasks such as robbery and finally ended up with him raping someone. A bag was put over the woman's head and the man was told to rape her. He reluctantly did and afterwards told to remove the bag so he could see his victim...it turned out to be his mum!

It was such a cool song, someone played it to me once and i really want to know who it is but can't remember. I don't even think the song was released!
