Grammar

old progression

How would Iwrite this sentence for an email.

Here is the problem.

I downloaded a game for my smartphone. I had been playing it for 3 months. I was on level 100. My phone broke and I had to buy another one. I downloaded the game on my new phone and I find myself having to start the game all over again.

I would like to ask to developper :

Could you please tell me if there is any way of getting my old progression back and not having to start over again as I was on level 100?

I'm not sure one would say 'my old progression'. How would you formulate this question?

Is this correct and natural?
I find myself having to start the game all over again.

thanks
