I don't know about Old English, but by the time of Shakespeare, it was "My lord", "My noble lord", "My gracious lord", and the like. Shakespeare used "mine" for "mine eyes", "mine ears", "mine arms", and "mine own", so it appears that "mine" and "my" were the count
