OK going home

Are these sentences correct:
1-Are you OK going home?
2-I am OK climbing up the ladder.
3-I am fine getting to work.
4-I am good getting to work.

I think they mean that the person is quite capable of doing what is mentioned, but I think they are colloquial and would be considered incorrect in formal English.

One more question here:

Are these correct:
A-He was kind for helping me.
B-He was generous for giving you that money.

The meanings here would be:
As he helped me, one can say that he was kind.
As he gave you that money, one can say th

(A) and (B) do not seem viable. (C) and (D) definitely seem more tolerable, but I don't think I would go quite as far as saying that they sound "fine". "foolish/naive to believe" seems preferable.
