Are these sentences correct: 1-Are you OK going home? 2-I am OK climbing up the ladder. 3-I am fine getting to work. 4-I am good getting to work.
I think they mean that the person is quite capable of doing what is mentioned, but I think they are colloquial and would be considered incorrect in formal English.

(A) and (B) do not seem viable. (C) and (D) definitely seem more tolerable, but I don't think I would go quite as far as saying that they sound "fine". "foolish/naive to believe" seems preferable.
