It sounds to me as if she says "Oh shhhhi(p)", as if she starts to say "Oh sh*t" and then stops or changes it. Whatever it is, the transcription "hush" seems odd. Perhaps the person transcribing this did not want to allude to the "sh*t" word and changed it to something innocuous but random (random unless "hush" is a known euphemism for "sh*t", which I'm not aware of).
