Often vs most of the time

Hello dear teachers,

Without your helps, English learning would be too difficult.

Does "often" mean "most of the time"?
If so, is there any difference between them?
Would you please explain it simply? My English is not good.

1: She is often scared to try new things.
2: This restaurant is often busy.
