Can I avoid using the word “often” at the end of the sentence? For example instead of saying :

I don’t use the word Physiognomy often.

Can I say: I don’t often use the word Physiognomy?

And in affirmative sentences can I place it after the subject? As in:

I often use the word physiognomy.
