Often

"I, too, often, wish if I could...."

Is it ok to start a sentence as above??

We should see the entire sentence, but I think it will lack fluency, if nothing else. There seem to be as many commas as there are words. CB

For eg.

I too very often wish if I could act like a rich personality/ a great person etc

This is better and more fluent: I also very often wish I were rich / a rich man. You can have too after the word it modifies and set it off with commas if you like: I, too, very often wish...

Could isn't wrong after I wish either: I wish I could buy a new car!
