offly (good place)?

Hi. I came across the following phrase: "Like, you want a home base. And a prison is an offly good place to have a home base, I think." I tried to search various dictionaries for that word but was unable to find any suitable meaning for it (or for 'off', for that matter). I suspect that either I got the phrase wrong and it said "awfully" (though I'm sure it was 'offly') or it means something like "totally" or "awfully". Thanks for help!

I'd be almost certain the word was awfully . Awfully good is a common phrase, though somewhat posh. Perhaps it was spoken in an exaggerated accent for humorous effect.
