Official Letter

I completed my online training on ____. However, I didn’t receive any certificate or result at the end of the session. Instead again the final evaluation page reappears with questions. I have followed all the instructions and I tried so many times. Unfortunately, I could not complete my training session. Kindly guide me in this regard.

Letter writing I mentioned as "didn't receive", you have changed to " Have not received",,May I know the reason.
1. Do not use contractions in formal letters.
2. The receipt is still expected to take place eventually.
