Official email

Dear Mr/Mrs

I added an application and uploaded a proof of English proficiency (Ielts) and transcripts, after the application checked they replied to me to upload my passport and high school certificate. Since I uploaded the required documents I did not get any updates but The "Document Required" message indicates that I have not uploaded my high school diploma. What should I do now? And the "Current Status" shows "Partial document received." What does it mean?

Thank you in advance, and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Yours faithfully,

Khaled Fazlur Rahman

I want this email in official way so, help me please.
