i want reply to this email in official way please help me. i want to ask "if can i apply for English course Leve 4 according to my ietls band 6 instead of taking ietls test again bcause i already have diploma degree i dont want to apply for diploma? and can i continue my studies in accounting by enrolling in a bachelor's in jan 2019 after the English course if i pass."
