hi friends,
i need help regarding writing a letter writing i am very poor in letter writing if some one help me to correct my mistakes i will be very thankful.
i wan't to write letter to bank.
dear sir/madam,
we have send the mail to you on 29/6/2008 regarding employees salaries we have send you cheque no 2547 dated 29/6/2008 amt 26054/-. this cheque is debited to our account on 30/6/2008. Today few of our employees saying that they have not received there salary till date so plese will you let me know.
please check and confirm
