Office etiquette

Hi,

Can some one help me in understanding the difference in using the following statements at work?

1. Could you please provide me the update on your work?

2. Would you be able to provide me the status of your work?

3. Can I have the status of your work?

4. May I have the status of your work?

5. Shall I have status of your work?

Which of this is most appropriate to use in office space?
