Both are OK, but #1 sounds better.

Well as per my understanding both are correct . What office equipments do you have does not specifies the types of equipments it only tells about the normal equipments of daily use For example computer , Machines . while replying to first question you wont specify the machines catogry but in second question you are supposed to specify the type of equipments you have.
