It is not a nice term, and it is not nice to call another person that or to be called that

Yep, as I said, in certain cultures in the inner cities. And in prisons, but it has a slightly different meaning there.

Mind you, she might deserve it. It means a very nasty woman - a troublemaker type, bully type.

I had the misfortune to work for one once and believe me we called her worse names than that!
