But I have a doubt on the sentences like "Our office address changed."

It is simple past.

'Office address' doesn't change by itself. It should be changed by someone.
so, why don't we say "Our office address was changed" (simple past passive)

Please clarify my doubt, Sir.

I can't tell you how any of the above is right or wrong but I'd say "Our office shifted" and "Our office address has changed".
