Would you like a beer?
How about a beer?
Anyone for a brew?
How about a cold one?

The beer's on me.
Wanna share a six-pack?

I'm not a beer drinker, so others may have lots more to offer!

It's all the same:
Can I offer you a beverage? Can I get you anything to drink? Can I offer you some cookies? Would like some tea? Coffee?

These are all polite but not so oddly polite that it would sound weird. For example, if I'm heading to the kitchen for something to drink myself, I'll ask my husband if I can get him anything by literally saying "Can I get you anything?"
