Offer of scholarship/grant letter
My organization has offered one of our staff grant/scholarship for his educational expenses ,feeding expenses and accommodation. The below is what I was able to compose,Please help me add ,modify .
We at (company name ), (company address), write to inform you that our staffer, Name of student, has been granted the sum of €6, 000 per year by us as an official grant to secure his livelihood and cater for his educational expenses during the course of his study in XYZ University. We have released the funds for the first session starting from September 1st 2011 – September 2012 to him. Kindly accord him the necessary cooperation.
