"Offer" as a verb - is it possible and/or natural to use it in these structures, please

Hi:

We can 1) offer (somebody) something for something. For example: 1.1)"Jim offered $ 4000 for that old car" or 1.2) "They offered a reward of $ 500 for the safe return of the cat".

But would it be correct to say 2) to offer (somebody) something for somebody? For example: 2.1) "The company offered its employees a good amount of money for their families" or 2.2) "The company offered a good amount of money for its employees' families".

We can also 3) offer somebody something to do something. For example: 3.1) "They offered him a huge amount TO KILL the celebrity." Or 3.2) "They offered A HUGE AMOUNT FOR HIM TO KILL the celebrity". Or 3.3) "They offered HIM A HUGE AMOUNT FOR HIM TO KILL the celebrity".

Can we 4) offer somebody something FOR DOING SOMETHING, too? For example: 4.1) They offered him a huge amount FOR KILLING the celebrity.

Thank you!
