0Actually , "offending lawyer" is what i read from yesterday's yahoo news about the prosecution pending of the criminal accused of the 911 attack. Now I got the idea that the offending lawyer refers to the one who coached the witness to give testimony and who subsequently was punished by the judge. 02br
