Off work

I am taking a few days off work and my colleague said "I wish I were off with you." Does she mean she wishes she were taking the same time off and spending it with me? Thanks

You will have to ask her. It is not clear that she just wanted the same vacation time, or to spend time with you, or to go on the same trip as you were planning.
