Off the clock

Has anyone seen the film :" The flight of the Phoenix"?

In one scence, Kelly asked:

_Towns, right? I'm Kelly, so how long we got?

_ Just as long as it takes to the cap as well and get your crew on plane

In another scence, Kelly said :

_You really love your job, don't you Towns?

_Kelly, right? Kelly, there are few things I do enjoy but gettin my ball broken while I'm trying to do my job is not one of them. And can you just shit back, get your crew together and load the plane. And by the way, when we reach Beijing, you're off the clock

1)I don't understand the words in blue, could you help me?

2) How to pronounce exactly the name: "Sean"?

I thought the same about "cap the well."

Also, "you're off the clock" doesn't necessarily mean firing to me - it can just mean "you won't be paid for your time." (However, I haven't seen this movie, so I can't speak for this particular quote.) You may already know that the expression comes from the time clocks that register when employee arriving at work, leave for lunch, etc. At my firs

Del, I agree about "off the clock." I hadn't looked carefully at the response to that.
