Off-piste, slower regime

Hi,

When I'm really tired, my body switches to a slower regime. I guess that it can't be called 'a low power mode', because then everyone would think that I'm talking about my phone. What could I say instead?

"A lot of people try off-piste skiing."

"A lot of people ski on off-piste slopes."

"A lot of people ski off-piste runs. I even saw some kids charging down one of the ungroomed slopes."

Are all the sentences correct?

Thank you.
