Off-piste

Hi,

"A lot of people try off-piste skiing."

"A lot of people ski on off-piste slopes."

"A lot of people ski off-piste runs. I even saw some kids charging down one of the ungroomed slopes."

Are all the sentences correct?

I am not a skier, so have not had the occasion to use "off-piste." But it seems perfectly correct in your sentences.
