[of] your choice

The protagonist is one of Amber's princes. Shadows are parallel worlds of Amber.
Now he is recruiting soldiers to attack Amber.

I walked among Shadows, and found a race of furry creatures, dark and clawed and fanged, reasonably man-like, and about as intelligent as a freshman in the high school of your choice.
[Nine Princes in Amber" of The Great Book of Amber by Roger Zelazny]
I'd like to know what "of" means in "of your choice."
Thank you in advance for your help.
