Not sure about this sentence:

I appreciate there's probably an easier way to write this sentence but I feel that there exists a more fun way that probably involves using the word "whom".
"End of Month" is a busy time for the management team of whom it is their responsibility to ensure that all departments' information is accurate and up to date.
