Of which, to which

Hi,

I'm currently doing my career objectives in my resume. I finding it hard to consolidate my sentences. Hope you can help me out. Here are my career objectives:

"To be part of an organisation that offers opportunities that enables me to utilise and impart my knowledge and skills in finance, accounting and auditing, to which encourages and supports professional and personal growth through continuous training, mentoring and advancement activities."

Did I use the right conjuction?

Thanks,

It is far too wordy. You'll put your readers to sleep with the same blah-blah they get all the time. To be part of an organisation that offers me opportunity to use and share my knowledge and skills in finance, accounting and auditing, and that encourages professional and personal growth through ongoing professional training.
