Of which/ from which?

Hi, I have to make an assignment about The Oxford Murders. I don't know whether I should use from which or of which in my sentence.

Sentence: The ‘Oxford Murders’ book by Guillermo Martinez is a famous and classic whodunit of which/ from which the story takes place in Oxford.

Or do I have to use something else?
Gratefully, Eva.
