'of which' construction

This non exchange of free services has no foundation as you offer nothing of which I wont ask for.

I don't understand the use of 'of which' here. Is it used correctly?

I thought it should be:

This non exchange of free services has no foundation as you offer nothing which I wont ask for.

OR

This non exchange of free services has no foundation as you offer nothing for which I wont ask.

What is the antecedent of 'which' in the original,if it is indeed grammatical?
