Of which

Hi,

Is "of which" correctly used in my sentence below?

"According to our findings in this research, all the 39 participants in the study confirmed the presence of at least one musculoskeletal pain of which the most frequently reported was low back pain."

Thanks!

I daresay most people would not notice a problem, but we aren't most people, you and I, are we? There has to be a group of pains "of which" it is, and there is none on the page. "
