OF vs IN

1 Don't you think that hotels in/of the same chain would have rooms the same size?

In the below, is there anything that you would change. I would like to use the sentence please?

Just because it's a chain of hotel around the city doesn't mean they have the exact same prices./offer the exact same prices for all their rooms.
