'of' vs. 'by' the awarding body

I'm a Registered Nurse by NAP.
I'm a Registered Nurse of NAP.

1. Could you please advise which preposition is correct above?
2. If both are possible, any difference?
3. If I want to convey that NAP is the awarding body, should I use 'by' instead of 'of'? In my opinion, 'of' sounds like I'm working as a nurse for NAP.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Thank you, Clive. I really appreciate your helping me improve my writing for me to have a better resume.

I guess I'll just add the title and the awarding body under the Education and Qualifications section as you've explained.

Thank you so much for your time and kind assistance.
