1. I would say "From the window of my house..."
2. The second sentence sounds awkward. I don't think "house's window" is fine.

Hi

I would specify a room rather than the house.

I can see the park from my bedroom window.
I can see the road from the lounge window.

If I wanted to talk about my house I would say something like - my house overlooks/is next to/is opposite a park.
or
I can see the park from my house.

Hi,
A native speaker of English has already replied. Look at Optilang's post, right above yours (by the way, he's also a teacher).

Hi
If you leave unclear which windows it is,but stress whose house it is,in this case "my house" how would you say? from one of the windows of my house.

in your example
"I can see the park from my bedroom window." can I say my bedroom's window? Suppose there are other bedrooms in the house.

Best Regards
